INGREDIENTS

  • 1, #10 can Bush’s Best® Bean Pot Vegetarian Baked Beans
  • 6 oz Golden Delicious Apples, diced
  • 6.5 oz Red Bell Peppers, seeded and diced
  • 3 oz Carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 6 oz Yellow Onions, diced
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Madras Curry Powder
  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • Kosher Salt and Black Pepper (To taste)

  • 1, #10 can Bush’s Best® Bean Pot Vegetarian Baked Beans
  • 6 oz Golden Delicious Apples, diced
  • 6.5 oz Red Bell Peppers, seeded and diced
  • 3 oz Carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 6 oz Yellow Onions, diced
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Madras Curry Powder
  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • Kosher Salt and Black Pepper (To taste)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat a convection oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the baked beans into a 4 inch half hotel pan. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes covered and 30 additional minutes uncovered. Reserve hot for service.
