  • 1.5 cups Coconut water, no pulp

  • .25 cups Lemon juice
  • .25 cups Agave syrup

Whipped Aquafaba

  • 6 Tbsp Liquid from Bush’s Best® Garbanzo Beans
  • .5 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 6 Tbsp Granulated sugar
  • .5 tsp Vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Agave Black Tea Bean "Boba": In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, agave syrup and brewed black tea until well incorporated. Divide beans evenly into two 32-oz. deli containers. Divide agave syrup tea mixture evenly and pour into the two deli containers. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
  2. Whipped Aquafaba: Using the whisk attachment of a mixer at medium-high speed, whip garbanzo bean juice and cream of tartar for 30-60 seconds or until the mixture begins to thicken and foam. Continuing to whip at medium-high speed, slowly add in granulated sugar 2 Tbsp at a time. Whip until the mixture is a soft peak, resembling meringue. Add in vanilla extract and whip for an additional 5 seconds to thoroughly combine.
  3. Smoothie: Separate smoothie ingredients into two batches. For each batch, combine all ingredients in the 64-oz jar of a high-speed blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. For one portion, fill an 8-oz. cup with 2 Tbsp of Bean “Boba” (see above recipe). Top with 3/4 cup smoothie and then pipe with 1/4 cup of aquafaba (see above recipe). Serve with a colossal straw.
