  • 1, #10 can Bush’s Best® Easy Entrees® Taco Fiesta Black Beans, drained
  • 11 lbs 8 oz Hamburger beef
  • 1½ cups Fresh guacamole
  • 23 Pepper jack cheese slices
  • 5¾ cups French's® Crispy Fried Onions, Original
  • 46 strips Bacon, cooked
  • 11½ cups Fresh salsa
  • 23 Hamburger buns

INGREDIENTS

  • 1, #10 can Bush’s Best® Easy Entrees® Taco Fiesta Black Beans, drained
  • 11 lbs 8 oz Hamburger beef
  • 1½ cups Fresh guacamole
  • 23 Pepper jack cheese slices
  • 5¾ cups French's® Crispy Fried Onions, Original
  • 46 strips Bacon, cooked
  • 11½ cups Fresh salsa
  • 23 Hamburger buns

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat Bush’s Best® Easy Entrées® Taco Fiesta Black Beans over medium heat to reach a temperature of 165°F and reserve hot until use.
  2. While beans are warming, grill 23 - 8 oz hamburger patties (to preferred liking).
  3. Cook bacon strips until crisp.
  4. Spread 1 Tbsp of guacamole on the bottom half of each hamburger bun.
  5. Placed one cooked hamburger patty on top of each guacamole-covered bun.
  6. Top each patty with a slice of pepper jack cheese.
  7. Put ½ cup of cooked Black Beans on top of the cheese.
  8. Top with ¼ cup French’s® Crispy Fried Onions.
  9. Add two cooked bacon slices per burger.
  10. Dress with salsa before applying the top half of the bun.
