Taco Fiesta™ Hummus Flatbread
Give Mexican pizza a healthful and craveable hummus upgrade. Flatbread pizza topped with Taco Fiesta™ Black Bean hummus, arugula, pico de gallo, and queso fresco.

INGREDIENTS
- 1, #10 can Bush's® Best® Easy Entrées™ Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans, drained
- 22.1 oz Tahini
- 17 oz Olive Oil (For Hummus)
- 11.9 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Garlic Paste
- 1 each Pita bread, multi-grain
- 1 tsp Olive oil (For Topping)
- 1 cup Baby arugula, fresh
- 2 tbsp Pico de gallo, fresh
- 1 tsp Queso fresco, small crumbles

- 1, #10 can Bush's® Best® Easy Entrées™ Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans, drained
- 22.1 oz Tahini
- 17 oz Olive Oil (For Hummus)
- 11.9 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Garlic Paste
- 1 each Pita bread, multi-grain
- 1 tsp Olive oil (For Topping)
- 1 cup Baby arugula, fresh
- 2 tbsp Pico de gallo, fresh
- 1 tsp Queso fresco, small crumbles
DIRECTIONS
- Place drained Bush's Best Easy Entrees® Taco Fiesta™ Black Beans, tahini, olive oil (for hummus) lemon juice, and garlic paste into a large mixing vessel.
- Puree, with an immersion blender, until smooth and thoroughly combined, creating Taco Fiesta™ Black Bean Hummus (makes approximately 13 C or 104, 2 Tbsp portions). Reserve chilled.
- Lightly spread 1 pita with 1 tsp olive oil and bake (or grill) until crisp.
- Spread warm pita with 2 Tbsp reserved hummus then top with 1 cup of arugula, 2 Tbsp pico de gallo, and 1 tsp queso fresco crumbles. Serve immediately, repeat for additional orders.
