Texas Tortilla-Bean Soup
Just as you'd expect, there's big flavor in this simple soup. Simmer together seasoned-to-perfection Bush's® Best® Texas Ranchero Pinto Beans, crushed tomatoes and veggie stock that's then ready to be topped with crushed Bush's Best Black Beans® Chips.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Bush’s Best® Texas Ranchero Pinto Beans
- 1/2 cup Canned crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Vegetable stock (unsalted)
- 1/2 cup Bush’s Best® Black Bean Chips
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Bush’s Best® Texas Ranchero Pinto Beans
- 1/2 cup Canned crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Vegetable stock (unsalted)
- 1/2 cup Bush’s Best® Black Bean Chips
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients except chips to saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with crushed Bush’s Best® Black Beans Chips.
